Outdoor Volunteer Day at Abalone Cove Reserve

Join the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy (PVPLC) to volunteer on a breathtaking coastal reserve helping restore wildlife habitat. Students can receive community service hours.
PVPLC will be planting native shrubs and/or removing invasive weeds in order to improve habitat for protected wildlife species.
This event will meet at the entrance of Abalone Cove Reserve: 5970 Palos Verdes Dr. South, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275.
This event will be outdoors, so please wear closed-toed shoes, and be sure to bring bug spray, sun protection, drinking water and a snack. Please also be prepared for mildly strenuous hiking to reach planting locations.
Please note that events may be cancelled due to weather conditions. Please check the event page at https://volunteerhub.com before leaving for the event.
All volunteers under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign and complete their release before they can volunteer. Volunteers under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
