SUMMARY:Summer Sustainability Workshop: Designing for Decarbonization
DESCRIPTION:Want to know more about what it means to achieve “decarbonization” for your building project? \nVerdical Group is partnering with Southern California Edison (SCE) to present Designing for Decarbonization\, a half-day\, virtual workshop that will help attendees: \n\nUnderstand the definition of decarbonization\, zero net energy (ZNE)\, and zero net carbon (ZNC) buildings\nSee case studies of completed projects\nUnderstand the design and construction process necessary to achieve high-performance buildings\n\nYou will learn about important market trends around energy efficiency\, green building code requirements\, proven and emerging technologies\, operational best practices\, and real-world case studies in the built environment as well as be given resources and tools to set building owners\, operators\, and end users up for success.
