SUMMARY:2022 Sustainability Virtual Summit
DESCRIPTION:The International Urban Sustainability Student Corps (IUSSC) is an interdisciplinary club at UCLA that participates in student-led sustainability passion projects. IUSSC hosts an annual sustainability summit with an international university/organization to discuss the importance of global sustainability efforts. This year\, IUSSC is partnering with Engineering X\, a project-based organization from the Royal Academy of Engineering in London! We will also have a renowned eco-entrepreneur joining us from the local Los Angeles area\, Marty Metro! \nOur virtual summit will be taking place on Friday\, June 17th\, 2022 from 8 am – 12 pm PST (4 pm – 8 pm London Time) through zoom. The summit will consist of guest speaker and club presentations\, as well as a discussion/networking event at the end.
