A day with the CSU Farm Fresh Pop Up stand
Beer Belly has always been about celebrating brands and projects that do it Local, Sustainably, and for community. This spring we will be combining the local taste and suds from the legendary Beer Belly kitchen with the efforts of Community Services Unlimited! This amazing program takes organically grown fruits and vegetables raised on mini urban farms and community gardens across South Los Angeles and cultivated by local South Los Angeles farmers and brings them directly to your table.
On Sunday March 23rd join us on a beautiful Sunday afternoon for great drinks, good music and vibes curated by the talented groove-smiths of EMH creative group and Greedy City, who will make sure the jams come hard and constantly. Enjoy a special menu item cooked up exclusively from the Fresh “Beyond Organic” produce grown in CSU’s Community Gardens by Beer Belly’s Chef Wes and check out a live jam making demo by the CSU team showing you how to make tasty fruit jams in the comfort of your own home. You can even check out and purchase CSU’s local “beyond organic” produce or sign up for a weekly Produce Bag!
