Sustainability Programs Manager, Health System
James Evans is the Sustainability Programs Manager at UCLA Health where he manages all clinical and non-clinical sustainability initiatives. His passion lies in implementing ecological, equitable, and social value propositions to improve the well-being and experience for UCLA Health’s served patient population. Mr. Evans holds an MBA with a focus in sustainability studies, and a BSBA in finance from Xavier University’s Williams College of Business. After switching out of a career in financial investigations, he spent five years working as a sustainability analyst and project manager at Cleveland Clinic prior to joining UCLA Health. When he’s not advocating for climate action as part of Citizens Climate Lobby, he can be found rock climbing in Yosemite or volunteering with youth outdoors programs.
